2025 SWIM PROGRAM SCHEDULE

NEW FOR SUMMER 2025 – DIVING IS BACK AT CBSC!

Intro to Springboard Diving will offer a unique experience for kids with little to no diving experience. We will teach the foundations of diving in a fun and inviting environment!

Divers will be taught the basic fundamentals of diving, including an introduction to various jumps, entries and dives. The goal is to give members a taste of the sport of diving with skills that can develop confidence and bravery in a safe and welcoming setting. Athletes must be able to swim on their own in the deep end, but the skills being taught are introductory and approachable.

All lessons will be at the McNeil pool (top of Sandy Trail) – more info will be provided upon registration but please note only coaches and registered participants will be allowed at this location.

  • Choose from 1 of 2 sessions, each will run M, T, Th, F from 1:00pm- 2:30pm
  • These are not consecutive courses – same material will be covered.
  • July 7,8,10,11 or July 14,15,17,18
  • Fee: $90
  • Must be 10 years old by Dec 31st and comfortable in deep water.
