Spring Training will start on Friday, May 2nd at Grandview Heights Aquatic Centre.

Spring Training is endurance training, best suited for swimmers who have participated in Water Polo, Competitive Artistic Swimming, Developmental or Competitive Swim and plan to join one of those groups in the summer of 2025. *BCSSA registration is required.
