Hello Everyone!
I hope you had an awesome winter and all the swimmers are ready to hop in the water! We have a great competitive program lined up for the summer. All of the Competitive staff are looking forward to start coaching and making it the biggest turn out at the August provincials (in Kamloops)! This handout contains all of the information, on the three different levels, that we offer in our program. As well, we are putting up all the information that you will need throughout the summer on our website. If you have any further questions about the program feel free to contact Jacquie!

All competitive swimmers must pay the $65 BCSSA fee ($35 for developmental swimmers) in order to compete at swim meets including our B meet. This fee pays for the BCSSA fee that the CBSC must pay on behalf of each swimmer and the meet entry fees for the North Van Cruisers meet, the WRASA meet, and the Regionals. However, this year, we will be charging meet entry fees for individual events at the North Delta meet on August 1, 2010. Meet entry fees for the North Delta meet have not yet been announced, but meet entry fees usually range from $6 to $8 per individual event. In addition, since the Provincials are out of town this year, each CBSC provincial competitor will have to pay $25 per day that they are competing. This fee will cover the meet entry fees, and the cost of the competitive coaches travelling and staying out of town.
